Medimex celebrates 50 years of punk with NYC Redux Band playing the music of Ramones, a world premiere and original Medimex production curated by Marc Urselli. Songs from the Ramones’ self-titled debut album will be reinterpreted by a supergroup bringing together some of the most important musicians from the U.S. scene: Brian Chase (Yeah Yeah Yeahs), Sami Yaffa (Michael Monroe, Joan Jett), Steve Conte (New York Dolls), Kid Congo Powers (former Bad Seeds), Luis Accorsi (Toxic Tito), Eugene Hutz (Gogol Bordello), Victoria Espinoza (Puzzled Panthers / Gogol Bordello), and Tammy Faye Starlight.
