Years after the launch of the entertainment sector reform process, and at a political juncture where the risk of a slowdown—if not a full-blown legislative delay—could jeopardize some of the work accomplished thus far, there is now an urgent need for a qualified discussion on the state of play of the Entertainment Code.

The meeting is intended as an institutional and operational roundtable, bringing together representatives of the live entertainment industry, associations, ministerial representatives, and figures involved in advocacy processes. The goal is to share an updated understanding of the evolving regulatory framework, the outstanding priorities, and the critical issues that risk remaining unresolved. At the heart of the discussion is the need to assess the extent to which the representation efforts conducted by associations to date have been effectively heard at the highest decision-making levels, and what actions are now essential to ensure the legacy of dialogue, proposals, and demands built up over time is not lost.

While maintaining the format of a roundtable primarily open to those most directly involved in these issues, the roundtable aims to serve as a space for strategic alignment between the institutional vision and the concrete needs of the industry, capable of highlighting shared priorities and guiding the next steps on the Entertainment Code.
